Even though we cross check each product we send in your box, transit can be a cause of damage too. But there is nothing to worry, you can just notify us about it within 24 hours of receiving the box and we will arrange a replacement for it. The shipping of replacement may take some time and incase the exact goodie/book is not available we refund the money matching it to cost of goodie in store credits.
