You are required to share with us your Box ID for the same too, as a medium of tallying with Quality Check if the product was sent but wasn’t present or if it was missed while packaging. Depending on this information, we confirm whether it's something we missed on sending you or not. If it is confirmed that it was indeed missing, we ship replacement instantly.
