You can send us your updated new address any day before the box is shipped and/or ask us to keep your box on hold while you are out of country. Please note that address change can only be done by writing to helpdesk. Kindly do not write anywhere else. 

Please note that if you have raised a ticket for address change, you need not worry, if there is no acknowledgement since it is done automatically during compilation.  


19th June 2021 - Update - Kindly inform help desk in case you have changed your address directly in your account before the boxes are shipped with your new address.
