If you have placed an order with us, it is not refundable. After the settlement for that order is done to the respective contributors of the box (publisher for books, merchandise sellers for goodies), we cannot reverse your payments.
Returns are not accepted for a box once delivered. If you do not like an item in the box, we suggest you to pass it down or have a giveaway for it. To prevent such situations, we put up sneak peeks of the contents of the box. You can see them all and book after that.
